gnocchi

Gnocchi has always seemed to me like the kind of thing that would be cool to make, but in reality I’d probably fail miserably and swear a lot. Kind of like sugar cookies with royal icing (grrrr). But reading this post at Smitten Kitchen may have just given me the push I need to give it a try. (I’m in love with her fab food pics, too.)
